Things that are faster to do yourself
Some of the most common requests are already built into the app, and doing them yourself takes seconds rather than waiting on a reply:
- Export your data — Settings, from any device.
- Erase your financial records but keep your login — Settings.
- Delete your account permanently — Settings. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
- Reset your password — the link on the sign-in screen.
When you will hear back
We aim to reply to support email within two working days. Formal data-protection requests are answered within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
